Job Description

✔ Delivery IT services to whole local business users over the support from local supplier and corporate IT as well.

✔ Support day-to-day operation of Data Centers and coordinate with corporate IT team to engage the local business and regulation.

✔ Analyse reporting needs to create ad-hoc reports for the organization as requested.

✔ Maintain and make sure Service Level Agreement to support end users are met with acceptable level.

✔ Maintain on computer service, technology infrastructure services and data networking.

✔ Manage on the databases, systems, VPNs access to ensure legitimate access to systems.

Job Requirement

✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development field with exposure to finance service.

✔ Must possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and good at solving problems.

✔ Intermediate to advanced capabilities managing Cisco/ Fortinet/ WatchGuard products.

✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related degree).

✔ Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.
